The fee paid is exclusively for tuition and guidance at the venue or location for the days and times specified on the relevant page.
Unless stated, the price excludes travel, transfers, insurance, food, drink or accommodation.
Any assistance offered in terms of booking flights and accommodation is free of charge.
No liability can be assumed for services provided by third parties e.g. flights, travel, other tutors and accommodation.
Your contract for other services is between yourself and the third party even though assistance may have been offered with the booking.
No liability can be assumed for delays in transport.
No liability can be assumed for our inability to teach due to circumstances beyond our control e.g poor weather, illness, etc.
Students are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance; you should ensure that it covers your equipment.
In the event of our being unable to teach for whatever reason, our maximum liability is the course fee paid.
All workshops require a minimum number of paid participants for them to run. Please do not book non-cancel-able flights, accommodation or other cost items until we confirm the trip or event will definitely run. In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone an event or trip due to low participant numbers we will offer a full refund of the tuition fee only.
Once a booking form has been submitted we will be unable to offer any refund on unfilled places (regardless of reason or circumstance) and delegates who cancel their place will still incur the full cost of the workshop. However where a minimum of 45 days notice is given and we are able to successfully fill their place we will provide a full refund minus £55 admin fee.
Unless otherwise stated photos taken on workshops can only be used for personal use only.
